Guidelines for students
Steps to find a project
You can find a research project or activity during your medical degree through 'Find a project'. This is a searchable database that contains a wide variety of research projects suitable for medical students.
- Search Find a project and filter by: Location/Field (eg. RBW Hospital/Neuroscience); Type of student (eg. MPhil, Volunteer); or Type of work (eg. wet lab).
- Click on the project title for more information about the project.
- Click the Enquire button on the project summary page if you would like to undertake the project, or are seeking more information.
- If you do not receive a response from the supervisor after 1 week, you may contact email@example.com to follow up.
Register your research
All students doing voluntary research must complete a Student Research Volunteer Form. Download the appropriate form below
